A legendary hardcore punk band is making a comeback, 31 years after releasing their last album.
The Circle Jerks announced “Revenge of Nervous Breakdown,” a new four-track EP, will be released Nov. 20 through Futurismo, Inc. It will be the group’s first standalone release since the 1995 album “Oddities, Abnormalities and Curiosities.”
